The ZonePayments bundle includes two roles that can be assigned to users to perform standard User and Administrator functions:
- ZonePayments User
- ZonePayments Admin
Specific permissions related to ZonePayments records can be assigned to any custom role in your NetSuite environment to fit your needs. Role Permissions can be found under Setup > Manage Roles > click on the Role > scroll to the bottom to review Permissions and determine which, if any, you would like to assign your custom roles.
When the ZonePayments bundle is updated, the roles included in the bundle will automatically update. If you have assigned any ZonePayments permissions to your custom roles, you will need to ensure any needed permission adjustments are made to those roles after the bundle update.
