ZonePayments leverages several templates, forms, and fields in the generation of various customer facing emails, documents, and messages. You may customize these templates, forms, and fields to fit your needs.
Customize Email Templates
The ZP Preference and Payment Profile record have fields to customize email templates. If fields on both records are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences.
Payment Confirmation Email Template: This is the template that will be used in the payment confirmation email message sent to a customer after they’ve submitted a payment. This can be selected on the ZP Preferences and/or the ZP Payment Profile. If both fields are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences record.
AutoPay Confirmation Email Override: This is the template that will be used in the payment confirmation email message sent to a customer when an automatic payment has processed. This can be unique and will override the template used for the standard payment confirmation. This can be selected in the ZP Preferences and/or the ZP Payment Profile. If both fields are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences.
Customize Transaction Forms
Custom Transaction Forms can be used in the following ZonePayments fields:
Invoice Printing Form: This is the form that will be used when a customer prints an Invoice as a PDF from their Payment Page. If this is left blank, whichever Invoice form is ‘preferred’ will be used. This can be selected in the ZP Preferences.
Customize Messaging
Customer facing messages display on Payment Pages. You can personalize these messages on ZP Preferences or Payment Profile fields. If both fields are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences record.
Customer Facing Message: This is the text that will display to the customer on their payment page. This can be selected in the ZP Preferences and/or the ZP Payment Profile. If both fields are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences.
- Auto-Payment Auth Language - This is the language that will display to the customer when they check the box to save their payment method for automatic payment. This can be selected in the ZP Preferences and/or the ZP Payment Profile. If both fields are populated, the selection on the Payment Profile will supersede the selection on the Preferences.
